If weather conditions are not favorable, the activity will be rescheduled. If no new date is available, the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded.

The activity runs even in moderate rain, but safety comes first: in case of rain or strong winds, the team checks weather bulletins and charts daily to decide whether the trip goes ahead.
